A Staple in the Community
Valley Health Services (formerly Valley Counseling Services) has been providing behavioral healthcare to the community for over 65 years, serving the counties of Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana, and Geauga and nearly 30,000 patients each year.
Today, Valley Health Services is now designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). As an FQHC, Valley Health Services offers care on a sliding fee scale and provides assistance with enrollment in Medicare and Medicaid, ensuring that high-quality healthcare is accessible to all, regardless of financial status. In addition, it now offers a full spectrum of comprehensive health services, including primary medical, dental, and pharmacy services, in addition to its longstanding behavioral health and substance use disorder services.

No Insurance? No Problem.
We want you to receive the care you need, even if you do not have insurance or enough coverage. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans. If you don’t have insurance, we have a sliding-fee scale that determines cost based on income and family size.
